Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
For your subscription to video and audio streaming platforms, we guarantee the subscription for the entire period purchased, but we are not responsible for your internet speed if this was the source of the subscription malfunction.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery of goods and services
Delivery of goods is instant via email. If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchase, you can immediately contact us with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
